Every time my grandmother makes fried potatoes, she is reminded of my great grandmother, Jenny. According to my grandmother, Jenny would make the best fried potatoes ever tasted. My grandmother was always amazed at how she would cook them. She'd have the highest fire under the skillet and flip them with a butcher knife.
